It doesn’t matter whether you’re at the gym, fitness studio, in your bedroom, or garage — with the right mindset and consistency, you can still exercise and achieve your fitness goals.
According to the American Council on Exercise, you need a workout space of at least 8 feet by 8 feet, or 2.4 meters by 2.4 meters to get started with your in-home personal training. The space, of course, must be free from any tripping hazards.
